Standard Product Deliveries will take place between 08:00-18:00 Monday to Friday. Delivery of your order will usually be within 5-7 working days from receipt of order.
The courier will only be able to deliver to your front door or the main entrance to the building should you live in a flat.
All delivery prices are shown inclusive of VAT.
International orders over 150cm in length will be canceled due to Parcelforce restrictions.
For security reasons, we are unable to change the address on any orders.
We are also unable to cancel the delivery of any orders once the products have been dispatched
Delivery Cost: We offer free delivery on all orders over £100, the cost for orders under this spend start from £4.95. you can use ''calculate shipping cost'' to calculate delivery cost more accurately on the individual product page.
Exclusions: Delivery for Northern Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and offshore islands may be subject to a delivery surcharge. Please contact us for further details before ordering.
When and how can I return an item?
Changing your mind
As our valued customer, your satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days (from the date you receive your goods) to return it to us for a full refund. The item has to be returned in the original condition unused and undamaged in the original packaging. The returning cost will not be refunded.
Returning an item
Please login to your account go to View the orders I have made. within 14 days of receiving your goods. Fill in the return form and click on the return button. You will be given an individual return number, which allows us to identify the returned product when we receive it.

We kindly request that you return the goods at your own cost: these return costs will be reimbursed as soon as we receive the goods, provided you informed us within the 14-day deadline.
*We will refund the return costs in accordance with the standard rates of our collection partners. We will not refund the costs incurred for express delivery or oversized parcels. If packages are difficult to transport we can arrange collection. Please get in touch with our customer services team for further information.
